Anne Bryson is 59 years old and has experience working in industry, the Health Service and education. She has trained in Hypnotherapy with the International College of Eclectic Therapies.

Anne has a degree in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen, and has a Certificate in Counselling Skills. She prides herself in her extensive training and experience which means she has a myriad of tools available to help guide you to find inner balance.

These include Gold Psychotherapeutic Counselling, which can easily and quickly change beliefs that may be holding you back from fulfilling your potential.

She has been practising in Clacton, Essex for over 15 years, and has opened a new practice in Manningtree (6miles from Colchester and 8 miles from Ipswich), She has also run successful practices in London, and Suffolk.

She is a member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy which is a member organisation of UKCHO (UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations), an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom. UKCHO has a mission to ensure that standards of conduct, ethics and practice are appropriate for public safety and also maintains the Public National Register of Hypnotherapists. Membership of APHP confers automatic entry onto this register (for UK members).

She is also a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
